Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days and the majority of our shipments ship from Pennsylvania.

Return Policy:

All sales are final. Only authorized returns for incorrect material or damaged products will be accepted. The customer must contact The Ribbon Curl within 14 days of the invoice date.
